On a backcountry trip in the Rockies, huddled around a campfire after a grueling day of trekking and a makeshift workout that left them sore and unsatisfied, they made a promise to each other: they would build a brand that bridges the gap between outdoor resilience and fitness functionality.

Drawing on years of hands-on experience—one a seasoned outdoor guide with a knack for product design, the other a certified fitness trainer with a eye for engineering precision—they set to work. They partnered with master craftsmen in China, leveraging decades of manufacturing expertise to source high-performance, lightweight materials that could stand up to the harshest outdoor conditions. But they didn’t stop there: they immersed themselves in the American outdoor lifestyle, talking to hikers, campers, and fitness enthusiasts across the country to understand their unmet needs—from the need for foldable, space-saving gear to the demand for products that transition seamlessly from trail to gym.

In a small home workshop, they prototyped, tested, and refined every design. A camping chair that doubled as a workout bench was redesigned 17 times before it met their standards for stability and portability.
