At SloWisp, we believe that every piece of crystal and scent finds its guardian for a reason. Your journey toward alignment and mindfulness is deeply important to us. If your purchase does not perfectly resonate with your current frequency, we are here to support you through a mindful return or exchange process.

30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original premium presentation box, including the signature essential oil bottle and the precision infusion tool.

Nature’s Unique Imprints (Important Disclaimer) Please note that each of our gemstones is ethically sourced and completely natural. Variations in color, depth, internal inclusions, ice cracks, and minor mineral veins are not defects—they are the natural imprints of Mother Earth, making your piece entirely unique. We do not accept return requests based on these natural characteristics.

Exemptions & Perishables For hygiene and safety reasons, individual or opened essential oil bottles cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they arrived damaged.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our sanctuary support at [Insert Your Support Email]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
