Then, use the exclusive injection tool provided in your package to draw a small amount of your favorite essential oil and precisely inject it into the bead. Once absorbed, elegantly clasp it back onto your bracelet. Please note: To ensure ultimate precision and prevent spills, please do not use standard droppers or spoons.

Will the fragrance directly touch and damage the crystals or jade?

A: Not at all. This is exactly the unique design of SloWisp. The Breath Bead is designed as a pendant hanging on the outside of the bracelet, rather than being threaded on the main string like regular beads. This suspended design not only adds visual depth but also perfectly isolates the essential oil from the main crystals, protecting the natural luster and energy of the raw stones.

How long does the scent usually last?

A: Please avoid exposing your crystals and jade to strong acids, alkalis, and bath products. We recommend taking the bracelet off before showering. After each use of the injection tool, we advise rinsing the inside of the syringe with warm water or a small amount of alcohol, and letting it air dry in a well-ventilated area so it is ready for your next scent change.

Which countries do you ship to, and how long does it take?

A: We currently primarily serve the North American and European markets. Normally, orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, and standard shipping takes 7-12 business days.

Can I return or exchange the product if I'm not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your standard product, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt, provided that the bracelet is unworn and The Breath Bead has not been filled with any fragrance liquid.
